RETURNS POLICY
Not what you were after? We're sorry to hear this! Born Society will accept returns or exchanges subject to the following terms:
- The receiver must notify Born Society within 7 days from receipt of goods if intending to return for a refund, or within 14 days from receipt of goods if intending to return for an exchange or store credit, just email us at hello@bornsociety.co.nz
- The item/s must be in their original packing and be in new & unused condition. We will not accept product returns without all of the original packaging.
- All costs to return to Born Society must be paid by the customer. We recommend using tracking with your return to ensure it reaches us. All returns remain the property of the customer until received back to us.
- Once Born Society has received your returned item/s we will inspect the goods to ensure they are in new & unused condition. Born Society reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our standards.
- Once your return has been approved by Born Society, we will process a full refund (less any freight charges applied to the original order) to the original payment method used.
Please note that any returns or exchanges will not be accepted outside of these timeframes.
All items purchased at a sale price (including flash sale) are final sale and are strictly non-returnable.
If you believe you have received a faulty item from us, you will need to get in touch within 7 days at hello@bornsociety.co.nz
We will replace the item if the stock is available, or we will issue you a refund. Any items that have been damaged or used by you will not be accepted as faulty. Born Society will cover any shipping costs incurred in returning faulty items.
